Down Town Spots Center, is a sporting goods center in Kuwait, located in Al-Rai behind the Avenues Mall, and right next to Al-Nasser Sports Center. I went to Al-Nasser sports center, looking for a workout bicycle, luckily they said they don’t have workout machine and directed us to the store next door, DOWN TOWN.
When you first enter you will find all the workout outfits and shoes you want, and in the lower level, the basement, you will find every workout machine you want. Treadmills, Bicycles, Weight lifters, Abdominal workout chairs, and all the fun stuff from foosball tables, ping pong tables, air hockey tables, pool tables, trampolines, basketballs and the whole ten yards of sports 
As for their Prices, I think they have lower prices than other sporting goods centers, I didn’t check the outfits section, but the workout machines are definitely lower. If you’re into sports and all, it is worth visiting.

What are the Prices of Pool tables there?
Do they sell Pool Cue sticks? if so how much?
Not sure about the prices, but they do have pool tables, and all of its accessories
