A few month ago, I went to a desert area called Al-Layah in Kuwait, and saw about 7 to 9 training spots for the US Army, there were even more in the nearby areas. They’ve built a small villages and made routs and desert roads that connects them all and paths between them so they can train how to enter the Iraqi villages and how to aim and shoot armed Iraqis and not civilians.
The road leading to Layah, and the entrance of the US Army training fields.
They’ve built little buildings and installed a signs on them. You will find everything there, Clinics, Cafeterias, Laundry, Police stations, Restaurants, Garages, Bucher ships, and even Gas stations.
Finally, reached the first Kuwaiti Iraqi borders, and saw some Iraqi oil fields, and Al-Rowdtain oil field of Kuwait, then head back home

it’s really sad !!!
Yeah, when I first saw this I was really pissed, they ruined our desert life to build these villages, and they were training on these villages to go for the real ones and live the training in action.
I even saw a small fox wondering around, called حصني in arabic
Its sad but its also smart of them to be well prepared. See how they built such realistic battle field with models & everything ! no wonder they make the best movies world wide
The best movies yeah I agree with you, but not best policies in anything.
It is a good training for the troops and all but I wish they do it in their own country not here destroying our desert life, mo nag9ha our desert life more destruction.
